IP2Geo ENG – New release

This is the new release of IP2Geo. It is completely rewritten using the new C++ Builder 10.3 Community release. It uses the REST web service from IPStack.com.

This version of IP2Geo runs on Windows 7 SP1/8/8.1/10.
